Controller. [NAME OF PERSON OR COMPANY, ADDRESS] is responsible for this website. Contact: contact@legalmind.si
Hosting and technical data. The site is delivered through Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data on our behalf: IP address, browser type, requested page and time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor under its data processing addendum. Data may be processed outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
No tracking without consent. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so no data goes to font or script providers when you open a page.
Analytics (only with your consent). If you agree in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and see which pages are read. Google then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_[ID], which last up to two years. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings in the footer; the analytics cookies are then deleted from this site. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
Your cookie choice. We store your choice in your browser (local storage entry lm_consent) so that we do not ask again. This entry is necessary to respect your choice and is not used for anything else.
Links to tools. When you click a button that leads to a tool, we count the click (tool, language of the page and time). We do not store your IP address or set a cookie for this. Some of these links are affiliate links. The vendor's site may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Contact by email. If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply and keep them for [12 MONTHS] unless the law requires longer.
Your rights. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise them, write to contact@legalmind.si. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
Changes. We update this policy when the site changes. Last updated: [DATE].
